The only reason the economic outlook is improving is because Romney is now pretty much guaranteed the nomination, and he will likely win in Nov.

Ummm, durable good orders fell last month, the UK is in recession, the Eurozone is teetering.... and this clown thinks the economy is going to grow because he's lending money to hedge funds to prop up the stock market.
