But, SF is a liberal stronghold, and we all know how compassionate liberals are, so this shouldn't be a problem. All of SF will step up and make up the difference in donations to the food bank!

There's no money for anything that doesn't benefit Democrat donors and cronies. If only the Food Bank could build solar panels... they don't even have to work, they could just draw a big picture of the sun on a piece of cardboard and call it a "solar panel". That, and donate to the Obama campaign.
