In a state whose majority overall voted for Romney it's interesting (but hardly surprising) that all four counties in question went for Obama.

Well, the explanation is that there are numerous voters in these counties with multiple personalities and EACH of them deserves the right to vote Democrat.
Otherwise, you're being prejudiced against Bi-polar/schizophrenic people!

Damn that Southern voter migration must've caused all this. You know, the dead voters from Illinois. There is a simple, sure proof way to prevent this. VOTER ID. If I have to show my id to see my doctor, dentist or doing any type of banking transaction, there sure as hell needs to be voter id laws that are enforced.

Voter ID goes into effect for them in June. I'm guessing there's a judge being shopped to overturn this new law as unconstitutional so these poor dead folks can get out and vote.
