If he's Hispanic I'm truly surprised you're defending him. As for pictures of his wounds. They probably won't appear until a conservative photoshops them.

It is always tricky when two people get into a fight and no one knows exactly how it started and one ends up dead and the one telling the story is the one that survived. Non reliable witnesses can then come up who may or may not have a stake in the game or an axe to grind. Reliable witnesses could have come up on the latter part of the fight and not in the beginning when it matters where we can properly identify the main aggressor. That is the crux of the problem.
To find out the truth these questions have to be answered: Did Zimmerman start a fight (by word or deed) that he later realized he couldn't win and shot and then claimed self-defense? Should that be considered legal? It shouldn't be in my opinion and if that is what happened he committed a crime, or did Treyvon started the confrontation and then Zimmerman defended himself? Why WOULD Trevyon start the confrontation though? Especially since he was coming from the store and on his way home? That is something that needs to be answered. Am I to believe that Martin just saw Zimmeran and out of pure desire attacked him for no reason?
Is Zimmerman guilty if by following Treyvon (after being asked not to and to go meet the cops), caused Treyvon to feel stalked and then the confrontation ensued? Is the act of following someone (with a gun) enough for the person to be considered a threat to the person being followed? and thus if a confrontation ensued (regardless of who threw the first punch) makes the follower guilty of the followed's death? Would Martin if he felt stalked have the right to ask who is Zimmerman and why he was being followed? If Zimmermn refused to identify himself or answered in disrespectful way would that be considered a sign of aggression? Who put their hands on whom first and why? Was Zimmerman instigating a confrontation by the simple act of following someone (with a gun)? If he didn't have a gun would he had had the nerve to follow Martin?
Hopefully if this goes to trial things can be sorted out. Zimmerman was not watching, he was following. If he didn't follow and just watched and go meet the cops (or at the very least do not make himself so obvious to Martin) nothing would have happened. We have to answer these questions.
How did the fight start? Why would Treyvon attack Zimmerman (first or in response to an attack -physical or verbal or in response to being followed in the dark by some guy-)? Why was Zimmerman alone with Martin when he was told to go meet the cops on a different area of the neighborhood? Who was there other than the two of them at the beginning of the confrontation? Did Martin had any other issues or bruises on his body (other than the gunshot)? Did Zimmerman had contusions on his hands indicating he also punched Martin?
I do have my own opinions as to what may have happened, others have the opposite and others are waiting. Hopefully these questions can get answered.

Indeed, there are so many questions, Kimmy. I think people have a right to keep a crime watch if they are having problems in their neighborhood. There have been a rash of burglaries where I live in Louisville. This is the East end of Louisville, a nicer section. There have been arrests of druggies from different sections of Louisville who are coming up here and breaking into homes.
I've heard that Martin was 6-3, 245, and that Zimmerman was 5-8. If Martin broke Zimmerman's nose with one punch and bashed Zimmerman's head into the ground, what would the fear and adrenaline going through Zimmerman have him thinking? This guy is gonna kill me or hurt me permanently! I must defend myself! On the other hand, if Martin is a law abiding citizen not doing anything wrong, I can understand his frustration and anger. Maybe he thought: I'm tired of being watched and treated like a criminal because I'm black. I think the key is: Who made the first physical contact? All sorts of words and unpleasantries can be exchanged between people, but who was the first to touch the other? The whole thing is a tragic situation, though. One young man is dead and the other has probably had his life ruined and may live in fear for the rest of it.
For having his head pounded into the pavement Zimmerman looks amazingly unmarked.
That picture is 6 years old, doctored up to show how "white" this hispanic is and is in orange prison attire when he had a charge against him during the same time period. This is so the Propaganda Press can move onward and forward to divide our country (via the RACE tactic)so the real issues like high gas prices and OBOZOCARE get ignored. Divide and conquer.

Communist US media depicting OLD pictures of both parties, one as the good innocent child (8 years ago!) and one of the older overwhite hispanic male with the bright orange prison chlothes. No, I read in the NY Times that what actually happened was Zimmerman was banging his own head on the ground after not voting for Obama in 2008. It's true! "Journalism" means never having to say you're sorry.
