Well poppa, my poodle has a police record. No kidding, the mailmen here think he is 12 pounds of pure terror.
Poodles can be nasty.

Well I feel bad for the chihuahuas but I have been followed by one when I was a little girl they really are mean. If I had a gun I would probably shot it.
They can be mean, but all dogs can be. Chihuahuas are harmless, they can be yappy, but they are harmless. The neighbor may be a legal gun owner, but this was waaaay over the line. I am siding with the 14 year old girl on this 1.
Serious question...If the neighbor felt "threatened" by a 1 year old puppy that weighs about 7-10 lbs, why is he still living in Detroit? It's 1 of the most violent crime infested cities in America, but a chihuahua is a threat to you? Not buying it. My grandma on my mom's side had dozens of them over the years, & they can be annoying, but they are never a threat.
And how did he get a CCW in such a liberal rathole?
I guess they don't check to see if you have a spine?

I just saw one of the men he killed had the name of Kern; that's family name down my mother's side of the family and I know they were in the midwest. Wonder if he was a distant cousin or something?
