How cool is this? Looks like a heretic is about to enter the Church of the Holy Global Warming.

Politico.com has the red hot news:
The likely next chairman of the House Science Committee says “reasonable people have serious questions” about the science connecting manmade greenhouse gas emissions to global warming.
Rep. Ralph Hall (R-Texas) on Wednesday vowed to investigate the Obama administration’s climate policies if he becomes chairman.
“This administration argues that cutting greenhouse emissions as a policy directive is justified by science,” Hall said at a hearing organized by Democrats and billed as a “rational discussion” on climate science before the GOP takes over. “I think this hearing today will demonstrate and should demonstrate that reasonable people have serious questions about our knowledge of the state of the science,” he added.
As a result, Al Gore, the religion’s prophet, may just find himself separated from some of the religion’s profit. And that, friends, is what’s known as blasphemy.

95% of Greenhouses gasses are naturally occurring water vapor. Most of the remaining 5% are other naturally occurring gasses. Man's entire contribution is less then 2%. The US is something like 1/4 or 1 %. It is ridiculous to believe we can impact the world climate. About all we can do is dirty up the air down here in the cities where we live and breathe. Most people do not understand the difference. They think smog is Greenhouse gasses. If that were true it would be 200 degrees in China.
I love your blog. I gave you a link in my "Links I like". PracticaMan.org
I have a section on Things I scream at the TV when I watch the news. lol good job.
Hey - Nice blog! I like your analysis of the trending of jobs vs. control of the house and senate.
Oh this outta be good.
Let me grab some popcorn.
The factors that resulted in the 20th century global temperature run-up have been discovered. The contribution of atmospheric carbon dioxide is between small and insignificant.
A simple equation, with inputs of accepted measurements, calculates the average global temperatures since 1895 with 88% accuracy. See the equation, an eye-opening graph of the results and how they are derived in the pdfs at http://climaterealists.com/index.php?tid=145&linkbox=true (see especially the pdfs made public on 4/10/10 and 6/27/10).
The future average global temperature trend that this equation calculates is down.
Anthropogenic Global Warming shouldn't even be an issue by now but, like a weed you can't get rid of, has a tap root that goes to the center of the earth.
Its a shame really. There is no denying that some industrial activities have an environmental cost borne by all humans that is not necessarily captured in the cost to the consumer. Why didn't the adults in the democratic party try to get an adult conversation about this started vs. a bunch of witch-doctor scare tactics? Oh, thats right. The Ds don't have any of those.
Get in there, kick some ass (and some heads). Do it good, send a message to Europe and the rest of the world that we're all being hoodwinked by a bunch of marxist, lying, eco-green scumbags.
Kick Ass, America, be the first to start setting the civilised world FREE again. Do it. Do it NOW.
And when you've got that process under way, get yourselves a REAL president.
