Green Jobs Czar Van Jones: Republicans are assholes

By now you’ve all heard of about the self-described communist, Green Czar Van Jones. You know him, the Berkeley radical who is going to save the earth and transform America at the same time by “moving formerly incarcerated people from jail cells to solar cells—helping to harvest the sun, heal the land, and repair our souls.”

It’s all bull. There is nothing green about Jones. The green movement is simply a convenient vehicle for his, and Barack Obama’s, social justice (aka Marxism) movement. But hold on–aren’t Republicans part of the social fabric of this country. If so, where is the social justice in him calling Republicans assholes?

The bigger question to us is, where are Republican leaders on the subject of Van Jones? Are we really at the tipping point in America where we don’t scream about the president picking a Marxist as a key advisor to cripple the economy?

H/T: Right, Wing-Nut!

  • At least they shit-canned him. Now if we could just get rid of the "Safe Schools" pedophile....

    • Kinda, sorta. Yes they did fire Van Jones, but he's now at the Center For American Progress. So he's really not gone. He's just more behind the scenes then he used to be.

  • No, Steve, thank god for idiots like you...diversity makes the world go round....I am quite sure your parents are very proud....

My strong suggestion is that you do some research on REAL history....you might actually learn something.....not the crap pontificated by other idiots like your marxist in chief..... Good luck with your future...you'll more than need it with your unequivocal lack of intellect.....

    • Wow. This is a first. I would LOVE just love to know how exactly is Van Jones a "real" American hero. Please do educate me, I am sure it will be very entertaining... I mean inspiring.

    • Look comrade, there is no such thing as a person who is both a communist & an American hero. Also, it's nice to see you have picked sides, & it not on the side of America. Al least we know where you are coming from.

  • Van Jones's future
Anyone who follows the news, instantly can see Van's future. On February 23, 2010, Van Jones, spoke at the private prep school, Phillips Exeter Academy. The elite school describes itself as a “co-educational residential school serving 1000 students in grades 9 through 12, and post-graduate level.” Repower America, the green energy industry umbrella organization, was the group bringing in Van Jones to speak at the event. On Sunday, February 21, blogger Patrick at NowHampshire.com speculated either the school’s principal, Thomas E. Hassan, husband of NH State Senator Maggie Hassan, or the Senator herself had invited Jones to speak. The principal’s office, however, denied in an email that he had invited Jones: Van Jones is among the speakers invited to campus by the student Environmental Action Committee and the Environmental Task Force, the groups planning activities around Exeter’s seventh annual Green Cup Challenge. Senator Hassan was not involved in this decision, nor is she involved in other Academy decisions. Needless to say references to the Hassans remain. Yesterday, Grant Bosse at New Hampshire Watchdog blog wrote: Americans For Prosperity-New Hampshire has called on Phillips Exeter to rescind Jones’ invitation because he is a “self-professed communist” and signed a 9/11 Truther petition blaming President Bush for the attacks. He is so clearly, delusionally, mind-blowingly wrong about everything, that having him speak in public is a boon to backers of free-market principles. Jones is a living, breathing advertisement for the intellectual bankruptcy of the socialist ideology. If you believe in free markets and free people, you should only hope that the anti-freedom argument is being made by someone as hamhandedly inept as Van Jones. Sure, he’ll cloak his big government, anti-capitalist rants in the myth of Green Jobs, and maybe appear persuasive to high school students and Phillips Exeter faculty. But we can’t prevent children and liberals from believing in fairy tales. And it would be cruel to ruin their fantasy. Ultimately, we are better served by having someone whose beliefs in authoritarian government are so thinly veiled in environmental jargon. Van Jones is wrong about everything.
Now, to conclude this story, It seems that the auditorium that can seat 500 on a campus of 1000 students — and an event that was open to the public — was quite barren. The NH Tea Party Coalition reported this morning that only 70 people showed up.
Now, everyone knows Van Jones, and the "Progressives" future.

  • jones is a communist punk, nothing more, and nothing less....well, perhaps less, as most communists are. Funny thing....posted a response to a ridiculous article on some moronic, uneducated progressive climate site the other day, about how everyone should vote for this fool (for what, who the hell knows). When I questioned his credibility, which he has none of, and stated the fact that he had called himself a communist, they "snipped" it as libelous....found that quite interesting, considering those were that idiots words...not mine. And the follow up to that question, was deleted.

Imagine that....is it not funny how these idiots struggle with reality? Though it has been that way since the beginning of this insanely inept bunch....they just are not smart enough to see the idiocy of their ideology....

  • Thats absurd he resigned, i guess we can't have straight shooters in politics now can we? we'd rather be lied to because we're so used to it!

  • Who you callin' asshole, asshole? heh heh heh :-D But all seriousness aside, (as Steve Allen used to say) I'm predicting that Jones will NOT resign and Obama will not fire him. Two reasons: Obama's views and Jones's views are indistinguishable. They're both racists and they're both radicals just as I said before the election. 2. The main stream media (aka, the Obots) won't say a word about Jones. They think it will all blow over in a few days, just like Jeremiah Wright did for the Messiah.
