William Shatner is one very funny man, as demonstrated by his speech at the closing ceremonies of the Vancouver Olympics.
Maybe one of our readers in the Great White North can explain the Canadianisms in the clip that make no sense to Americans. Such as:
“And the words, (what does he say in French)?”
“Our healthcare system covers (what???), Aaaaye!”
“I’m proud of loooooooo!” (What the hell does “loooooooo” mean?)
What does it all mean, Andy Canuck? Maybe even WesInMT can explain it (Montana’s pretty close to Canada, isnt it?)

Well, time to come out of the closet. . . . I'm canadian. Yep, lived here a long time, but am still canadian. It's a procrastination thing.
anyway, I think he said in french " I love Canada".
we are nothing like the mexicans, we generally love americans (I married 2, the 2nd one was much better than the 1st) my sons are americans.
The healthcare system is a joke even though all have "coverage" the misery is spread around. when you grow up with this, you think it's normal.
A highway patrol friend of mine commented how nice canadians were, but noted that after a few beers, they're "pissin' by the curb".
It's a great country - what Mexico could have been if it had been colonized by the english, not the spanish.
