The last time there was a murder in my little town was over 20 years ago. We have little problems like drugs and a B&E once in a while but for the most part local law hasn't got much to do but catch outsiders speeding through town.
Y'all think it may be because we are a farming and ranching community and almost everyone has a weapon, and are willing to use it? Even the hard core Bible thumpers around here, and there are 10 churches compared to 2 beer joints, carry most of the time. And any newbies who move here soon learn it.
That's OK, they can count on it not lasting long.

Read the comments, there is one blogger who calls himself reality check who seems to be of the libtard persuasion and appears to be upset because people can actually benefit from the second amendment.
