Has anybody noticed Planned Genocide uses the "we don't *make* any money on the sales of fetal body parts" canard?
The only way their definition of 'profit' would make that possible is for them to give up their nonprofit status, and for a single sale of a single organ to be for more than their entire lifetime expense. Not exactly a Generally Accepted Accounting Principle; in a just world, the IRS would be auditing their books and yanking their status, given that buying members of management Lamborghini's DO NOT present a good faith attempt at maintaining a non-profit status -- I'd sure like to see how they can justify such items as a legitimate business expense.
Think about it -- the latest ghoul was openly admitting the reason she was negotiating a fee schedule was to arrogate funds from a 'non-profit' for her personal enrichment.
(the term 'non-profit' is in quotes, because I think they're a sham, and this particular episode proves it. Nucatola could make the claim she was negotiating on behalf of PG -- but here? It's pretty blatant.)
Come on, IRS, redeem yourself by doing your f*cking job. It shouldn't be hard. This isn't one where you can get into trouble for suppressing free speech -- it is a pretty clear case of a non-profit being mis-used to generate and hide profits.
