  • Man, this brings George Bush into question. WTF was he doing letting all those Saudis leave the country... FLYING when the rest of us were grounded?

    • that was known a long time ago too.. that info got really tangled up with the Truthers, so in many senses was discredited.. Lots of people wondered Why Iraq? when it so clearly seemed to be a heavily Saudi operation, in terms of personnel, and funding logistics that went beyond Al Qaeda

      • Supposedly, Iraq was about WMD, UN violations, and terror sponsorship especially in Israel. The 9/11 connection was always thin. My question about the Saudis is motive. What was it? What is the larger picture?

        • World domination? They would have to sponsor terrorists to achieve this, because they don't have a standing army that could accomplish the task.

          • Poppa i've always thought the same. Even given that Arabs and greater Islam could quell their infighting, their combined proven territories possess insufficient resources & GDP to threaten the West in the long term, and will always remain extremely vulnerable to superior naval and air power. The realm of the caliphate was built on the horse, across vast swaths of unusable and depopulated terrain. It just doesn't strike me as credible a threat as Islamic extremists getting their hands on WMD tech

          • That fits the caliphate idea. Was it a strategy to get the US to eliminate Saddam? If so, then Obama's foreign policy in the ME is a continuation of that. Destabilizing the region to benefit a specific set of actors.

          • There are a number of possible motives, and based on the various roadmaps to serfdom plausibility is not a big problem for any. Helping the destruction of the economy is very likely. Remembering that Hank Paulson was a Bush man and was the loudest voice in the first giant bailouts in '08, the elitists are pulling their puppet's strings as much as they can. Bushes were no less puppets and while their relationship with the media is apparently contentious to this day, they were both ascended to the oval office with the aide of the media. The media is the largest tool of the government and has become the most effective sway inducing mass mind control device in the history of man on Earth. I doubt Bush had prior knowledge of the details of 9/11 but that he might have been complicit in the process to bring about progressive socialism seems obvious to me and so his masters knew. I believe the war on poverty, war on drugs, and the war on terror are all elements designed to curtail the rights of American citizens especially, as we tended to have the most enviable amount of freedom and Liberty across the planet and were, still are actually, the largest obstacle remaining to the world parliamentarian dream, the communist utopia, the pall of sharia blanketing the world, or the new world order. Call it what you want. Old George Herbert Walker Bush's pappy was a skull and bone and likely so were other of his ancestry. He was certainly himself and his dip namesake. Thinking whatever you want about it, the illuminati freemason global conspiracy theories are probably mostly deceptions to hide the real purpose. That's how it works! See that squirrel? Hey he looks a lot like algore.

          • Seems that way to me. Saddam was too strong for the Saudis to handle on their own. I think it's possible that they set up the intel that showed Saddam had more, and more lethal, WMD than he actually did. No doubt he had them, just not to the level we were led to believe. The Saudis saw an opportunity to take him down, and further their agenda, and took it.

    • The Bush family has been tight with the saudi royals for several decades. He was given a huge gold and jewel encrusted koran from them shortly after 9/11/2001 to use in his spew about how we are not at war with islam, only terror. New world order people don't care how we get to their goal. The bin laden family and the elder George did lots of business of sorts while GHW Bush was heading up the CIA and during his time in bed with saddam hussein.

      I have mentioned before that I voted for Bush 4 times and filled air sick bags each time.

  • They are covering for the Saudis for one reason, you guessed it OIL. If they started another embargo Quagmire's pals at the federal reserve would go balls up no matter how much they pump fake cash into the market.

    • If we lost access to Saudi oil, we'd just be forced to open up our own oil fields, and put our own people back to work in productive industry. Heaven forbid.

  • So now you know why I despise ALL Muslims for the liars and thieves that they are. I have no respect for the hostile, belligerent and brutish liars of the Middle East, (for you commie trolls, this does not include Israel) and even less for those who skulk around in the shadows feigning friendship and pretending sorrow for our misfortunes. This country, because of its sinful, blasphemous and selfish behavior is due for God's Justice (tribulations), but that doesn't mean I have to love those who have been given his graces to carry out his Just punishment, only that I love the One by whose means the sentencing will be carried out!

    • Pamela asks about the FBI, "Whose side are they on?" It's a good question. The more I look at the FBI's history over the last quarter century, the more appalled I am. OKC bombing was most definitely an Iraqi operation, we have Muslim Brotherhood meetings at the White House, we have TWA Flight 800 where the FBI takes over the investigation from the Transportation Safety Board and ends up calling about 5 million New Yorkers who saw a missile liars - then add in the fact that the FBI's forensics department is so fucked up they're having to release prisoners all across the nation (no, you cannot match shotgun pellets by the metal - the FBI made that up). These people at the FBI are NOT on our side.

  • Actually, I hope this isn't declassified until after King Barky is a civilian. We don't need him putting us in another situation where he will merely capitulate to the other side.
