He'll want to have them home before the elections so he can BRAG about how many troops lives he saved from the war and pat himself on the back. He promised ALREADY to pull the troops as soon as he got in office which was what, over 1000 days ago? First he needed to start 2-3 more wars that way his cronies and special intersts groups made a few more billion dollars not to mention running the debt skyhigh. Who was questioning Cain's ability to run the presidency again?
Two results of stumbling along the road of 'Foreign Diplomacy', like a drunken sailor, at 2:00 am, knocking over trash cans are:
1) Creating a horrendous foul smelling mess that nobody wants to touch.
2) Waking up the neighborhood.
Has a tendency to piss people off to the point of taking care of the 'the problem' themselves, usually with a 'less than desired' outcome for all parties involved.

I just returned home from a neighborhood gathering to say goodbye to a neighbor that is leaving in one week for a one year deployment to guess where? Yep, Iraq. After some training her unit (270 some) is scheduled to arrive in Iraq on Jan 2, 2012. When questioned about the total withdrawal that is supposed to happen by Jan 1 she said, that is just stuff for the media to fluff up. She says, it wont happen but they'll tell the media it did. Also said we will have troops in Iraq for a long time.
