Making up the damn rules as they see fit. The IRS should have never been permitted to exist. Its time for a national sales tax and to do away with the cease pool AKA IRS.

The IRS is nothing more than the Gestapo enforcement branch for the government, its ability to seize , destroy, discredit with total disregard for either the constitution or state laws. Why does it even exist? Simply to take by force! The IRS represents why a reform in tax laws is no badly needed, a simple 3% user tax or 1% flat tax with all loop holes removed would resolve the problem.
