Translation:
We're going to try to be like democrats. We have no intention of being as good at giving away other people's money, giving as much, or blaming others for your shortcomings, but hey, vote for us anyway!
The most hopeful message the GOP could send Latino voters is that Jeb will not be the party's Presidential candidate.
