Whenever asked, Israeli officials inform those who ask about the body count disparity that they will not apologize for the fact that Israel not only aims to protect their civilians from attacks by Palestinian militants but is also especially good at it.

WTF is she talking about? It's Hamas who is putting people in harms way. It's Hamas telling their people not to flee. It's Hamas that's putting weapons in schools, hospitals, mosques and other civilian areas. Albright has just shown how damn DUMB her old ass is.
Israel has taken great measures to ensure that civilians are informed and warned that they are in peril and they need to leave.
I didn't read the article, I need to look around here fast and bolt, so on the SURFACE it makes sense because Hamas IS putting civilians in the line of fire so the blame of the civilians' deaths do fall on Hamas and due to a lot of issues like the media, it does hurt Israel's moral authority in the VIEW of others outside the conflict. Like I said, didn't read the article so on the surface it seems a very inocuous statement. Hamas putting civilians as shields and the media and other countries seeing the pictures and the images of dead children being PURPOSEFULLY put up for the world to consume, does hurt Israel's moral authority in the eyes of the ignorant. The same has happened to the USA, many times. They are purposefully trying to make Israel look bad and look like the ones that are the oppressors even if of course, that is not at all the case.
With that said if she MEANT something else with that statement, if she continued on and stated something ridiculous that Israel doesn't have the right to defend itself or even if attacked they didn't need be so brutal or other crap like that, then of course I got a problem with her. The truth is that because of the world's hatred of Israel (I believe mainly because of spiritual reasons that many of them don't even know, understand nor acknowledge), Israel's reputation as the one that is being oppressed has been depleted and therefore they see Israel now as the oppressor. That is of course crap. Once you actually STUDY the situation you realize that is not the truth.
