Where has this guy been all our lives? Marco Rubio says Obama’s “incompetent” and “not up to the job”

marco-rubio

Why has it taken three years for Republicans to find their cojones (as Rubio’s father might have said). Why has it taken three loooooong years for Republican leaders to say what the man in the street has been saying since Obama first went to Iowa? Why has it taken this long for our supposed leaders to find their testicles? Why can’t they all sound like Marco Rubio?

Why?

    • You are talking about the Bachmann story? If she was able to deal with 23 kids and dealt with business(es) and a husband and a home and was able to go to work... she will be alright. It just seems desperate and stupid.

  • I think the Alaska dumpster divers (Palin), and the Minnesota dumpster divers (Bachmann), are going to be heading down to Rubio country in Florida soon. Does he get migraine headaches?

    • They are already out for Chris Christie, & he's said about a hundred times he's not running for anything.

      • That's this year, I'm thinking about the future!
They are both still young, 4 or even 8 years from now they could be a force to be reckoned with!

  • OMG!!! I just had a real leg tingling moment!
Could you just imagine this ticket?

    Christie-Rubio

    The libs would implode!!!

  • I voted for him for Senator and would vote for him if he's the veep candidate.
I just wish he had a twin brother to run for Bill Nelson's seat.

  • Not sure what he is doing, in the sense of wanting to be President or Vice-President... or maybe he just doing it because he is sick of Obama like most people with common sense are. Whatever the case, he sounds good so I hope he is following through with the appropriate actions.

  • I f^&*ng love this guy. I'm hoping Perry is smart enough to pick him as a running mate in 2012. Perry alone is going to be enough to drive the Liberati nuts, coming from Tejas and all. Throw in a Cuban who understands "kool aid bad," and you got a winner. The fact that guy can stand up and tell it like it is..... that's all gravy! A junior Senator calling out the POTUS, this guy sends a tingle up and down my leg. Eat my shorts Chris Matthews.

    • What are you talking about man, Perry's a RINO and an opportunist! He can hide in sheep's clothing and pretend to be conservative, and some of the time he is, but don't think for a moment he's a bona fide conservative! I was stationed in Texas when he was in the legislature and he's not going to be my first choice; unless it's him, a tin can, or Obama! I still might vote for the tin can!

      • I will never forgive Perry for the Gardasil debacle. If he is willing to turn all the young girls in TX in to lab rats for a kick back, what won't he do for money?

FWIW my main issue with the Gardasil law was that they were taking a vaccine that had not been widely tested on children and requiring it for children.

        • Exactly. I had a big problem with this... EVEN if there was such an opt out for parents, it still meant that Perry got paid by the pharma companies to use innocent girls to be treated as you stated lab rats to do a statewide test on these widely untested shots. It was disgusting. The uneducated, the afraid, the irresponsible parents that really do not monitor their children's behavior would go ahead with the shots and let's talk about the irresponsible schools that could go ahead with the shots without telling the parents, especially if the parents are irresponsible to begin with.

        • The Gardisil debacle included an opt out for any parent who wished to do so. It was a crappy deal, but nobody was forced to take it.

      • You need to consider his electability. We'll need the undecided voters to topple Oprahbama. He can get them. I live in Texas and while I'm not a huge fan of the guy, you need to look at Texas and how we've fared during this economic downturn. My house value is still going up and our economy is thriving. Granted things are getting tighter, but it's not anywhere near as bad as elsewhere in the country.
He can run on that and his appearance(sadly it'd true). Combined with Rubio for a big share of the Hispanic vote and it can be done. He'll have a conservative house and senate by then, so he'll need to do as they or we the people ask. Don't look at him as the solution to the problem. Think of him as the guy who is perfect for sticking his finger in the dike to 'begin' the process of stopping the leaks. We need to stop the problem first, then we can focus on un-fu**ing the last six years of democrat majority led insanity.

        • It might be better to elect Obama again if the alternative is Obama-lite. If the country can make it through another four years after being decimated even more, the people might just kick liberal whackiness to the curb once and for all.

In related news, I hear Ron Paul is running for President. And is from Texas too. Go Ron!

          • Ron Paul is too vulnerable to win the general election IMO. He's too easy for the media to destroy with innuendo. Think Bachmann and Palin only not as fun to look at. They'll tie him to ultra right wing groups and bury him. MSNBC will dig up a picture of a klansman carrying a Ron Paul sign and he's toast. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about conservatism and the values, both social and economic. Reality is, the candidate we put forth can't be that polarizing and expect to win.
