• I love this! They are so incredibly delusional. The lawsuit has will only bring the facts out in the light of day. BRING IT! He can be revealed as a violent thug from a family of violent thugs.

• The city of Ferguson should be suing their asses for the cost of his lifetime incarceration.

  • He wasn't incarcerated and likely wouldn't ever be. His behaviour in this innocuous interaction (originally) makes me think hisdeath by cop was a matter of when, not if. Alsothearticle states thatif the officer had not used profanity, the outcome would have been very different. Really? Haveyou heard a conversation between blacks these days? Every other wordis profanity!

    • Between certain blacks in certain neighborhoods and certain backgrounds. On professional levels it is not appropriate to use foul language and any Black person with a brain knows that. Any person with a brain knows that. On a personal level even if relaxed, I know of many Black people who do not use "language" one after the other or very infrequently.

      • I stand corrected and offer a heartfelt apology. You are right. Inmy mind, I was thinking of the thugs that live around me, ride the bus with me, etc. People like Michael.Brown.       • I have a friend who is black; he's also a Republican, and one of the hardest workers I know. He does not cuss; he takes good care of his family, and is a better entrepreneur than I would ever be. I think that people assume that just because a person has darker skin color, they are a member of that culture. It's not good to automatically assume that.
