The guy was going without sleep. That would make anyone a bit despressed. I can't understand how the Adam Lanzas of the world seem to have no.problems with accessing guns. But this poor guy gets popped for mild depression. I hope xxx he collects megabucks for this. Oh, and you would be surprised what your doctor is REQUIRED to tell your third party payor. They get in trouble if they don't ask and actually document the responses.
New York communist ass holes. This vet served his country, which includes New York and now he's being harassed for asking for the assistance he has earned. This is wrong and disgusting.
Funny out here in Commiefornia I've never been asked by a doctor if I own one and I've seen plenty of doctors the past year.
My Family doctor at U.C. Davis showed me a form that is "voluntary" if you wanna tell them you own guns.(along with any crazy thoughts you might have)..He then smiled and threw it in the trash..He is an ex-Air Force guy. U.C.D. is collecting the information on a "voluntary basis"....yea sure....
NEVER tell them you own a gun!
That's why they want registration, so they can just look it up.
The commies in NY are looking for any excuse to disarm the public, might help explain why everybody is leaving the state.

I was told the Hippa laws prevent medical folks from releasing any information. So the locals broke the federal law by getting the info. That means New York's law is invalid because it conflicts with federal law and the courts have said federal law trumps state law...Liberal politicians are dumber than a box of shit when it comes to this kind of thing.
