And how much of that so called trust fund has been siphoned off to Quagmire's friends in sweetheart deals? I also noticed no mention how much goes into SEIU pensions, you know, the ones the liberals promised to get elected.

Apparently "consequences" is too long a word for many Progressives to understand, particularly "unintended consequences", which they don't grasp at all.
But, they do understand "con".
How is there to be consequences if you take no responsibility and intentions are the only gauge by which Progressives are judged?
They'll overcome this "problem" by mandating that ALL vehicles have GPS/GLONASS/GNSS devices, so that they can track the mileage for tax purposes. Then people like me will build a device that will overpower the government tracker and show what ever mileage I want them to see...even a negative. The pigs in Washington will owe me money. I think I'll call it the "Go F*ck Yourself with a Cactus" device.
Look for GM's next big project to honor this folly. It'll be called the Chevy Dolt.
The hood ornament will be a bust of Al Gore.
The trunk lid will be Obama's ass. That will also be where you plug in the power cord.
