Mother says son was suspended for sexual harassment for calling teacher “cute”. According to the mother, the boy didn’t say it to the teacher in question, but made the comment to a classmate and was overheard by a substitute teacher (sounds like there’s basis for an “invasion of privacy” lawsuit there.) Today’s public schools – your kid won’t be able to read or write but he’ll certainly know not to make innocent comments within earshot of Big Brother.

Well, any chance of this kids future as a Republican President is shot.
Good one sifi.. hey, what a great picture! Looks like a Dachshund, right? What a cutie.. oh, sorry.. am I now guilty of S.H.? Seriously, I love dogs and this one looks like a real sweetie.
The ACLU is sooooo gonna bury your a**... ;)
Love your pic!!!!!!
There is something extremely fishy about this story. Schools are desperate to keep student behinds in school chairs, since they get paid for them. No one would assign out of school suspension unless the kid tried to burn the building down, and maybe not even then. I suspect calling the teacher cute was not all that occurred, thought I still think taking a child out of school unless he is truly a danger is wrong. God knows they learn little enough as it is. Wonder what his last standardized test score was?
It's a damn good thing that I've long since have graduated from school. This is the last straw. I wonder if the teacher had called the student cute, would the charges be reversed.
Cute on the outside maybe but PC makes her ugly all the way to the bone.
"Hey Teacher...Leave those kids alone" All this is being brought to you by the nice people at the American Bar Association, where our motto is 'We will sue you if you even think it"
People need to back up a little and quit being so sensative. Drop the P.C. rules and lighten up. Was the Teacher cute or ugly?
Cute is in the eyes of the beholder, is it not? I still want to see a picture of the teacher, so I can make up my own mind.
Maybe the teachers, male and female both, should wear burkas?
If we're going to start charging kids with sexual harassment, then we need to lower the driving age, drinking age, and voting age because clearly these kids know exactly what they are doing, the horny little bastards.
