“Mourning In American” is the Republican Party’s brilliant twist on Ronald Reagan’s famous “Morning In America” campaign commercial.
While “Morning In America” summed up Reagan’s optimism and confidence, the new “Mourning in America” sums up the fears and lack of confidence that now infect the country.
Can’t wait until the morning of November 2.

As someone who was born during the Reagan years, let me just say those were the best three years of my life. Although to be fair I was a liberal back then, because all I did was eat, sleep, shit, and cry.

As someone who lived through the Carter and Reagan years (and remember Gov. Reagan as a CA resident) I can tell you that I do miss Reagan and his steady leadership.
I remember Reagan's ads from both elections...they were sharp and focused and of course, anytime you look back 25+ years, the ads will look dated. I can only pray that in 25 years we aren't pining away for the 'good old days of 2010'.
With Reagan, the glass was always half full and he had so much optimism for America and he will always be The Great Communicator...Obama can't hold a candle to him as an orator, IMHO...all that hopey-changey BS.
Just shy of 70 when taking office (and almost 78 when leaving), Reagan was more of a man and could kick ass than our current POTUS could EVER hope to be.
Nov. 2nd will be a bloodbath, even factoring in all the fraud/Acorn/ SEIU thugs.
That Reagan ad looks so out of place in today's world its almost funny. Kind of like the propaganda movies from the 30's put out by the out in the open socialists. Movies like Reefer Madness. But unlike transparent propaganda, I'd rather have a simple and direct message that doesn't conjure up the boogie-man.
Its like the country has reverted back into children unable to face their problems. Like that documentary Idiocracy.
