This is hilarious. MSNBC’s Cenk Uygur had a Sgt Schultz moment on his Monday show.
When a representative of the Southern Poverty Law Center – a group that’s never been accused of being conservative – displayed a chart that listed black separatists as one of the leading hate groups in America, the MSNBC host chose to ignore it. Just plain acted as if he didn’t see what was right there in front of him. It didn’t fit the leftist template, so as far as Uygur was concerned, it didn’t exist. Said it didn’t make sense, so he skipped right over it.
Rather than subject yourself to more MSNBC than necessary, skip ahead to the 1:30 mark.

He also 'chose to ignore'--as you put it--the three white hate groups following the black group. Fact is, that's just where he happened to stop. Right wingers tend to make something out of nothing.
tadcf, listen to the clip. The guy almost swallowed his tongue when he got the "black separatists" line. He didn't "happen to stop there," he nearly had a coronary. What "didn't make any sense?" That there is a significant number of black hate groups in this country (and that it contradicted his premise). Do the math -- if there are only the 149 mentioned in that list out of the 1002 totals, that's nearly 15 percent of all of the groups cited. In a country that is at most 12 percent black, that might be considered statistically significant.
Three white hate groups following the black group... So I guess what that really means Taddy-pooh is somewhere out there the black group is chanting, "We're number 1, We're number 1, We're number 1, We're number 1, We're number 1..."
