Naked man in West Virginia not charged by police. Just another happily married hillbilly couple – he was on a leash being led around by a fully clothed woman and police determined they were consenting adults.

I bet her dog likes beer.
I understand he was injured last night, he was on the couch trying to lick his..well you know, and fell off and hit his head on the coffee table....
NOT safe for work! (... no nudity, but... hell, you'll see.. it's related to the story above, in a way... http://youtu.be/4Oq9iIXZ3Rs )
I thought that was Anthony Weiner for a second.
West Virginia? Hillbillies? Sounds more like West Hollywood to me.
North Hollywood.......
Does he scoot his ass across the lawn when he's wormy? Does he eat grass when he has acid indigestion? Inquiring minds want to know.
So here we go: We're collapsing into the idea that there's no way we can have a decent public forum because "whose definition of decency do we use"? As if we can't agree on something. As if EVERY nut who wants to do something must be listened to.
In Stockholm last year there was a guy masturbating in a public park. Some women complained, and the case was thrown out by a judge who said, "He wasn't masturbating AT YOU, so you have no complaint."
Really, the idea that it's just "too impossible" to have a simple code of public conduct is nothing but disingenuous nonsense.
I wish the story was more explicit: were there no charges because he was dressed by the time the cops arrived, or were there no charges because society has degenerated to the point where walking a naked man on a leash is considered okay? I don't agree with a lot of indecency charges - when a man gets arrested for taking a whiz to empty his bladder, I think that's stupid. But this seems like exactly the kind of circumstance for which indecency charges were designed.
The cop probably couldn't stop laughing long enough to write a ticket.
All I know is that the Adam-12 guys would have hauled him in.
Technical question: when you arrest a human dog, how many sets of handcuffs do you use?
Animal Control truck with a cage, taser or tranquilizer dart...
Okay why can't Billy-Bob and Billy-Jean play in the backyard like all the other wackos? I guess they felt the need to exhibit some of their "talents" on the street. I wonder...
Is he house broken?
Does he shed?
Can he speak?
Does he get a milk "bone" after playtime?
Does he chase the mailman Au-natural?
Does he have worms?
Does his do "his business" on the neighbors lawn?
Does he bite?
and has he had all his shots?
So many questions....so few answers....I think the reporter needs to go back and get all the answers from Cruella De Ville and Spot the wonder boyfriend....Good boy...woof! Sit up, Rollover, Play dead, hey get off my leg damn you!!!!
She better hope he's house trained, cuz something tells me a newspaper isn't going to cut it if he isn't
Your questions give me paws.
At leash they are not hurting anyone else. The police were smart enough not to collar them and focus their efforts on real criminals.
And when the police arrived, they didn't try to flea. That was smart.
You've been itching to post that one, haven't you?
I guess I can't outfox you.
Heel, he better hope a Range ROVER doesn't roll over him.
This pun thread is sort of tailing off, isn't it?
JP, just let sleeping dogs lie. alright?
Looks like his chiweenie was hanging out.
Did I bark up the wrong tree?
You're gonna be in the doghouse now, Sidekick.
Dachshund! This thread is a pun maker's Labrador of love. I've been a hounded at how clever some of them are. I'll go before I'm muzzled but I'd like to pointer out that this is a Great Dane for all of us who like to lighten the mood.
Once I'm on the scent, it's hard to keep me at bay.
Not likely, the government is confiscating Range Rovers!

Must be Sadie Hawkins Day.
Maybe the cops let him off because they thought he was cute!
Good point. Maybe he looked like he'd make a good boar hunting dog.
I think we are seeing a professional domination scene, actually.
Out on a public road? Seems like a risky move for a professional.
If the guy is paying to be publicly humiliated, I think this might work.
With that pair I suspect its Sodom E. Hawkins Day
