  • How do you call that a blue wave? Spend a minute or two gathering some actual facts. Compare what happened in 2018 to what happened in 2010, "arguably the biggest political shift in the history of the United States." Educate yourself instead of beclowning yourself.

    • The Democrats gained 40 seats in the house which is the largest gain by the democrats since Watergate.

      Never claimed it was more than 2010 but that doesn’t mean it’s not a wave. Perhaps we have different definitions of “wave” in this context?

      • You are forgetting the net gain was 27 seats. That's 40 minus 23 if you are math impaired. The number of dumbocraps and repukicants is so close we will see nothing but gridlock. Piglosi does not have enough votes to get anything done by herself. Whoever if minority leader will not have enough votes to get anything done. We are going to see the most dysfunctional House we have ever seen for the next two years.

      • What have they done since Piglosi picked up the gavel? Introduced two bills that will go nowhere and two resolutions that don't mean shit. They met Friday for four hours and did nothing before Piglosi adjourned the session and everyone went home for the weekend.

        The House has done no work for three weeks, meets for less than 20 hours to start the new session and did nothing before taking the weekend off. I guess that shows you how much they care about all those poor federal workers who are sitting on their ass at home.

So your ripple (I refuse to call it a wave) was increased by 21% by plain ol' cheating. And don't you dare say it's not cheating while Pelosi is refusing to seat the Republican from North Caroline who did the very same thing, and her excuse is because she says he cheated. That contradiction would be awkward for anyone who wasn't a Democrat because the blatant hypocrisy would make them feel ashamed. But as we all know Democrats have no shame.

          What cheating are you referring to in California?

          I’m not aware of any affidavits being created in any California Congressional elections like NC-9.

        • It’s legal in California and there is zero evidence to show it was used to manipulate votes.

          In NC-9 on the other hand there is significant evidence that ballot harvest was used to affect the total votes.

        • In NC-9, ballot harvesting was used to manipulate votes. There are mant affidavits regarding those instances.

          In California however, ballot harvesting was used to merely deliver the ballots to the post office. There is ZERO evidence that it was used to manipulate votes.
