Um....correct me if I'm wrong on something. But who was controlling the house of representatives during those times? Does the president spend the money, or does congress? Also, did the money go for defense, or welfare? Lets also run that chart for ole Frank D and see how his looks compared to say Coolidge?

I think my analysis is much better than PolitiFact's.
They used US dollars for the Red POTUSi and Eleventy US Carbon Credit Happy Buck Dollars when figuring the blue POTUSi. Convert them to percentage for comparison and of course it looks good for dick boy(s).
