• If he is declaring a state of emergency it is pretty obvious that there will be no indictment. I don't see much rioting occurring since it is very cold there right now and it is snowing.

  This whole situation is quite sad actually. People automatically jumped to the conclusion that the cop was a murderer without knowing all of the facts.
