Sorry this thing is not working right for some reason.
She is four or five correct? Then she is not 12 and I am sure he knows that a 12 year old would look different than a five year old. No matter how you cut it there is no cultural sensibility here to contend. Even if she was 12 and even if that is the age of consent in the USA forcing her into a barn in order to rape her is not a consensual act. So I really dont care about culturatl sensibilities the man was a rapist pedophile and he needed to go. It is as simple as that.
Even more, he would be awaiting trial in jail, in the same room as convicted felons and called a racist.

In this often insane world, there seems to be a bit of sanity. The article stated that Texas law gives a number of reasons that a person is allowed to use deadly force, and sexual attack is one of them. I feel for the little girl, who obviously must be traumatized by whatever happened before her Dad got there, but my only other regret is that the man could only be beaten to death once.
Someone give that man a medal.
May God give every good man the the opportunity to protect their family members at all times, as well as the right and strength to physically repel the perps.
Best way I've seen so far to deal with these perverts, leave them alone in the room with the very pissed off parents for about 10 minutes. Would save a lot of money for the taxpayers as well.
