When their gestapo was rounding up mourners it looks like the main requierment was you be fat. It would do to show all those people who are skinny due to starvation.
I'm thinking that the reason they are mourning has a lot to do with the reason they were fat. They were connected enough to the little nutball that they made out well during his dictatorship, and Lil' Kim III probably has his own girlfriends, and doesn't dig any of his 1200 or so "moms".
