For the past month, the country has been on a wild goof chase over the debt ceiling issue. Numerous plans to tackle the problem have emerged from the congressional side, all of which were unacceptable to His Golfship.
Why doesn’t Congress simply vote on Obama’s plan? Where, reporters ask, is Obama’s plan? Good question. Watch as The Carney Barker spends ten minutes not answering it:
Jay Carney: “The president stood before you on Friday night and put forward in detail with numbers what he’s willing to do…”
Talk is cheap, Jay, especially Obama’s. Later, Jay puts a little meat on dem bones:
Jay Carney: “We’ve shown a lot of leg on what we were proposing…”
Is that Obama-speak for “The dog ate our debt plan”? Believe it or not, we’re closing in on the truth. Jay is too ashamed to say it so he hints at it:
Jay Carney: “Is it because you need something printed for you, you can’t write it down [yourself]?”
Writing’s the problem. We understand perfectly. During his magnificent college career, Barry delivered all his classwork via telepathy: just concentrate real hard and beam his insights on Marxist flatulence right to Professor Mushmouth’s brain. He never expected to encounter knuckle-draggers who bother reading stuff, so he never deigned to learn the useless skill.
Please Mr. President, humor us. Pull out your plan and write it down for us.
If you can’t do it yourself, call Bill Ayers. He did an outstanding job writing your other works of fiction.

We didn't put it in writing so it would be easier to reach a compromise??? I wish we could have had that little Minion from the movie "Despicable Me" in the briefing room, so he could have let out a "Wh-a-a-a-a-a-t?"
Sure, Jay! It also makes it a lot easier to make "any necessary adjustments" after everyone shakes hands. It's like dealing with a White House full of used car salesmen. "Trust me. I'll give you a hellofa deal."
Like the old saying goes, "Get it in writing." Especially if you're dealing with this President.
Watching this video, I have just one question.

The part I liked the best was when members of the White House Press Corp boo ol' Jay even before he opens his festering gob. We all know Dear leader's only plan is to blame Bush.
We are seeing living proof in the White House of the dumbed-down, liberalized curriculum started in the 1960's.
Why, yes Jay, we DO expect that. We are his boss, after all.
Poor Jay, sent out to make belivers out of doubters. Come on Jay, there is no more magic left in the bottle and the genie bailed along time ago. Now it's time to put up or STFU. Seeing that barry and crew won't put up, let'em STFU and go away. barry will be right there with Carter and Grant. Carter the fool and Grant the swindler.
As long as the "debt ceiling" is an issue the msm can ignore Fast and Furious and all of the wrong doing that went on with it. That little experiment runs all the way to the Oval Office and it's current occupant.
Debt plan? We don't need no stinkin' Debt plan....
The only plans his highness has on paper are his travel itinerary for vacations and political speech engagements with as many tee times for golf that he can squeeze in.
The obvious explanation for the Administration's refusal to write down the President's 'plan' is not that there is no plan(of course there's no plan) but that they are US-educated Progressives, and thus they don't know how to write.
Of course they don't know how to write - they are, after all, the brain children behind the "Common Core State Standards Initiative". So far 49 states (soon to be all 57, no doubt) are on board and will no longer be requiring schools to teach cursive writing.
How progressive.
I'm not the only one who can see that we are so screwed. There will be a tax increase, and no cuts because after ten years you think future congressmen will care what they promised in 2011? There is no plan and we are going to drive the car over the cliff at 90 miles per hour while congress argues about the shade of red the leather seats happen to be.
