Obama doesn’t know what kind of government we have. Doesn’t he brag about having been a constitutional law professor? So why does he keep saying we have a “constitutional democracy” when we actually have a constitutional republic? Didn’t he cover that in class?

  • This is the story of a female uninformed voter flying in a two-seater airplane with just the pilot. The pilot has a heart attack and becomes unconscious and dies.

    She, frantic, grabs the mic and calls out on the radio, "Help me! Help me! My pilot has had a heart attack and has died. And I don't know how to fly. Help me! Please help me!"

    She hears a voice over the radio saying: "This is Air Traffic Control and I hear you loud and clear. I will talk you through this and get you back on the ground safely. Im an experienced controller trained to handle this kind of situation. Now, just relax and take a deep breath. Everything will be fine! Just give me your height and position."

  • If y'all had gone to the same fine schools as President Obama, then you too would know that of the 57 States, the first 50 belong to a constitutional republic and the last seven are a constitutional democracy.

  • As the article suggests, King Putts has a purpose in doing so:

    "Constitutional democracies do not have the safeguards of the separation of powers and states’ rights."

    He is trying to change this country into a European-style turdocracy on the sly. Because that way, all the "smart people" will make the decisions since there is no real opposing center of power when one party controls the central government (except for another fucking war.)

    • Agreed. By him saying it, the republic doesn't exist in his mind nor in the minds of the bots that follow him. Repeated enough and the other fails to exist. Not a mistake or misspeak on his part at all. Every word that comes out of these fuckers mouths is planned and calculated. Biden is the exception, of course.

      • The fascinating thing about your comment is that I didn't get one of those irritating "Please moderate" emails asking me to approve your language. Maybe WordPress has given up on IHTM, just threw up their hands and said, "Oh, let them use whatever language they want."

          • Now that I think about it, I haven't gotten a "Please moderate" email in a long time. Either they decided I was too immature to moderate or they decided it was pointless asking me to moderate because I always allow the comments to post.

          • I was going to say if you did, I'd take that into consideration when I post in the future.

          • I still get the occasional 404 error page, but then I just go in and post something innocuous and then edit it to say whatever I wanted. You never get a 404 on an edit.
