He thought his little side show and slight of hand would get the heat off his ass of this PoS legislation. So let him veto it. Then all the whining dim wits in the House and Senate can either stand by their quagmire leader or they can over ride the veto.
My vote is that they will all fall right in line and uphold the veto. The republicans just need to let him do it and then tie it around all of those who are now squirming in the dim wit side of the aisle.
The only reason he wants to veto it is because it overrides his Exec Order.
