Slightly off topic, but related: Whoever commented a month or 2 back that since the enrollment in Obamacare was so low, that by now, he would be claiming that lower number was all they REALLY expected? Well baloons and rainbows for you. He is now saying that enough people have signed up for Obamacare to work. Of course they have signed about half the number they said they needed for it to fly.
You're right, and to take it one more step; they keep jacking the #s by saying "enrolled" and refusing to give a # of how many have "payed".
Problem is, it's all the ones that AREN'T paying the high premiums. It's the subsidized ones that are signing up.
Anf the ill and infirmed, not the young and healthy they need for this to work. Insurance is a gamble, The supposed "reform" hasn't changed that, except to alter the odds.
Yet again, the silence from the left media is deafening. Now all those who stood and said "you can keep your doctor" and "you can keep your plan if you like it", look like the fools that they all think we are.
This won't provide the cover that quagmire thinks it will. There is way to much video of the dim wits making false, misleading and out and out lies about this POS.
Take notice as of late yesterday afternoon, this band of fools put out yet another delay or change. This one for the individual mandate. Hey Chief Judge Roberts, how does it feel to be treated like a whore? Used and then no longer needed. He's trying too hard to be an objective reporter. Beck was trying to pull him in the correct direction & he would not follow. I honestly don't see O'Reilly as drifting left, but he doesn't want to cornered into being seen as a conservative commentator either.
His positions on things like minimum wage ($10.00 according to him) make him seem more uninformed than leftist. He does seem eager not to offend so he can book left wing guests or interview the President. I don't care since his is an opinion show but I find myself in disagreement with him more often today.
When I started watching him a few years ago, he was on the right side of issues. He was pushing Meghan's Law and conservative issues. Now, he's becoming too milquetoast.

I particularly enjoyed the part of this interview where he mentions coverage for $100 a month and likened it to the same price as your phone or cable bill. I'm guessing the co-pays and deductible on "that plan" runs what? Triple, quadruple digit?
Good point. My Verizon service costs me a hundred dollars a month, for each of the two phones on the contract. But that includes unlimited internet access, which is hard to get on a phone with wide coverage. Thing is, after paying that high price per month, I get to USE the phone, without further charges.
