Obama marks Rosa Parks anniversary with picture of himself

Obama marks Rosa Parks anniversary with picture of himself. Anybody wonder why he’s often referred to as the Narcissist-in-Chief? Didn’t think so.

  • I love seeing Dear Leader on a bus.

NOW, let's paint a Star of David on it and take a trip through the Gaza Strip - see how many bombers we can attract.

Boom Shak-a-lak-a, Boom Shak-a-lak-a... HEY! HEY! HEY! Hey, I wanna take you HIGHER!

  • I bet that's the first time a spoiled brat like "Dear Leader" has even seen the inside of a city bus, let alone having to sit in one.

  • He is the greatest president this country has ever had bar none. Michelle 2016 keep the Obamas in the WH.

  • "The Cult of Presonality"

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xxgRUyzgs0

Look in my eyes, what do you see?
    The cult of personality
I know your anger, I know your dreams
I've been everything you want to be
    I'm the cult of personality
    Like Mussolini and Kennedy
    I'm the cult of personality
    The cult of personality
    The cult of personality

    Neon lights, a Nobel prize
Than the mirror speaks, the reflection lies
You won't have to follow me
Only you can set me free

I sell the things you need to be
I'm the smiling face on your tv
    I'm the cult of personality
I exploit you, still you love me
I tell you one and one makes three
    I'm the cult of personality
    Like Joseph Stalin and Gandhi
    I'm the cult of personality
    The cult of personality
    The cult of personality

    Neon lights, a Nobel prize
When a leader speaks, that leader dies
You won't have to follow me
Only you can set you free (?)

    You gave me fortune
    You gave me fame
You gave me power in your god's name
I'm every person you need to be
I'm the cult of personality (I'm the cult of, I'm the cult of)
I'm the cult of, I'm the cult of, I'm the cult of, I'm the cult of (I'm the cult of)
I'm the cult of, I'm the cult of, I'm the cult of, I'm the cult of personality (I'm the cult of)
Ask not what your country can do for you

The only thing we have to fear is fear itself

  • This picture is soo symbolic of Barry's standing with normal people , both black and white .

On a side note , I believe he looks troubled by the knowledge that he might not get a Nobel Peace prize in under 12 days from entering office , breaking his old record .

  • It is a pity, I submit, that so few know the story of Claudette Colvin who, at the age of 15, refused to move to the back of the bus and give up her seat to a white person, and was arrested, nine months before Rosa Parks (who was already in the “colored” section) refused to surrender her seat.

    Gratuitous Amazon plug:

On March 2, 1955, an impassioned teenager, fed up with the daily injustices of Jim Crow segregation, refused to give her seat to a white woman on a segregated bus in Montgomery, Alabama. Instead of being celebrated as Rosa Parks would be just nine months later, fifteen-year-old Claudette Colvin found herself shunned by her classmates and dismissed by community leaders. Undaunted, a year later she dared to challenge segregation again as a key plaintiff in Browder v. Gayle, the landmark case that struck down the segregation laws of Montgomery and swept away the legal underpinnings of the Jim Crow South.

    • I actually knew this.

The Little Rock Nine were a group of African-American students enrolled in Little Rock Central High School in 1957.
(this is actually more immediate to me for the reason that my mother was in the class of '58, and a WHOLE lot closer geographically to where I grew up. Also, they were guarded by the Screamin' Eagles. I mean, srsly, how much more awesome can ya get?)

    • Good google search material . I love history when unwashed . She obviously didn't serve the Communist Party's interest .
