Obama’s illegal alien half-uncle argued in court today that his arrest on a drunken driving charge this summer violated his constitutional rights. He wants the evidence suppressed and the case thrown out. Uncle Omar, a liquor store clerk, said he committed no motor vehicle violations so the police had no right to stop him. The police say he nearly crashed into an unmarked police cruiser. Maybe the Commerce Clause says “almost” only counts in horseshoes or something.

Deval Patrick will get a chance to take a tour of AF-1, and all the charges against Uncle Omar will magically disappear.

Does this President have any family members here legally? Between Zeitunie, Omar, & the fact that this guy is barely documneted, makes me wonder what we will find out when he's gone.
Too bad ugly omar didn't crash. Then we would see what kind of defense he would use. Obama will prolly give the judge a call and 'persuade' him to do omar right. If not, omar will claim it's all a race and class war like a skidrow OWS bum. Bet the toad still ends up walking and staying in Obama's Divided States of America.
