What the hell is going on in the nation’s heartland?
Lahoma Sue Smith, an Oklahoma City prostitute, pleaded no contest after being accused of trading her…uhhh…services for a box of chips. She was fined $1,142.
Police report that undercover officers saw Smith “trying to catch a date” by flashing her headlights. (We will pause now while you make your own joke about a prostitute “flashing her headlights.”) When they approached Smith’s car, her blouse was open and a man was pulling his pants up in the passenger seat.
The man told Smith he was looking for company but had no money. He must have caught her in a generous mood, because she agreed to trade sex for the $30 case of Frito-Lay chips she noticed in his back seat. (We will now pause again while you make your own joke about the name Frito-Lay and prostitution.)
When police asked Smith if she had ever been arrested for prostitution, she said, “Yes. Two or three times.”
We assume the attached photo of Smith doesn’t do her justice. Because she’s obviously all that and a bag of chips.

This is horrible. She must have a family to feed; otherwise, she wouldn't go that low. Or maybe she is addicted to sex.
Feeding family is not an excuse nor reason for prostitution. Many women (and men) can do that without the need to prostitute their bodies.
More than anything she is probably addicted to sex as many prostitutes can be or are.
I'm thinking it's crack and low self esteem.
How a guy can want something like *that* is totally beyond me.

And the men who would be with her are pathetic and probably rancid themselves.
Or maybe she's just trash.
I'm voting for the latter two scenarios.

How is this any different from a guy buying you dinner and then you have sex with him later? Well, it's trashier but other than that I don't see how it's illegal.
By you I hope you mean yourself. I dont go out with someone and pay him for his time and money spent with my body. I would rather invite him out and pay myself or cook him something in return. Any man who expects sex as a thank you or as an obligation for him paying for dinner should skip the date and go to a prostitute which is what she is and prostitution is illegal.
Even if it was in return for a food item she provided him with sex as a service in return of something else that is prostitution. A guy inviting a woman out for dinner is a date something vastly different and it is interesting that a woman would actually equate the two.
That's why I just let the ladies buy me dinner. It simplifies things.
It works either way. It is equally wrong for a woman to expect you to have sex with her just because she bought or cooked dinner or gave you a gift (when you do not want to or you want to wait).
I say that it is best to just set the expectations in the open before the date or during the date so everyone is on the same note.

The price of corn has gone up since they want to turn it all to fuel....maybe that's why she did it....
To be fair, Frito/Lay chips are much more expensive than the bargain chips.
