Anthony Weiner was a man who believed in taking risks. Stupid risks. What he really needed was someone who could have computed the odds for him. Someone like Bodog, the online gambling company.

All y’all gamblers out there, heads up! Odds are set for Anthony Weiner’s resignation and divorce.
The gambling company Bodog is accepting bets for two Weiner related categories:
1. Will Anthony Weiner resign by July 4th 2011? Odds for “yes:” 5 to 4, for “no:” 1 to 2.
2. Will Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin file for divorce in 2011? Odds for “yes:” 2 to 1, no odds for “no.”
Adam Young, head odds maker at Bodog, explained that a lot of research goes into making the odds such as these because, unlike a sporting event (which is what Bodog primarily does), there is no empirical data.
“We get a feel for what the actual story is and what the opinions are in politics. After we assess that we try to put it into a percentage,” Young said.
Offering odds on unusual situations is nothing new for Bodog. In 2007 it offered odds on Heather Mills [the ex-wife of Paul McCartney] losing her prosthetic leg during her apparance on “Dancing with the Stars”.
Weinergate is very similar. Except instead of wondering if Heather Mills will lose her leg, they’re wondering if Anthony Weiner will lose his ass.

They also tend to elect people that play nice with the NY banking establishment. I guess I answered my own question from above.

He's such a dick I have no problems with anything that will happen to him, he deserves our derision and contempt, don't pity this useful tool of a fool! On the other hand I fear for his muslim wife 'cause she's doubly damned here; she's married to a yahoodie (a jew) and she's pregnant with a jahoodie's child. Both of these things are bad for her because her family may want an honor killing because of the insult for both. She better stay in the US for the time being.
You're not being very culturally sensitive. People from all colors or creeds would want to kill their daughter for honor just for being married to a congressman. Just like the pron star he was contacting, his wife probably doesn't have much family to dishonor.

I am concerned for the future of Huma's and Athony's baby. Can you imagine the shame and ridicule that will be heaped upon this child? I say, put the baby up for adoption and do everything possible to ensure his/her anonymity.
It's looking more and more like Weiner is going to get kicked to the curb by his fellow Dems, but not so sure what his wife will do. She's got a little Weiner on the way, so it's a crapshoot whether she'll throw in the towel or not.

1. Pelosi & other top Dems want him out. They have no further use for him, but he may resist that & ride the rest of his term...
2.If he makes it to the end of his term, he may get a primary challenge to get rid of him...
3.If #1 does'nt work, but also, #2 might not matter, & here's why. New York is losing 2 congressional seats because people are fleeing the state. Weiner may have made the decision very easy at redistricting time. He may not have a seat to defend. My guess this is how his political career ends.

He could work at MSNBC, because they certainly have a very low bar. Or he could work at CurrentTV & join BathTubBoy, if there is any money left over. Reports claim Olby is making $10million a year, up from the $8million he got at MSNBC, & could make as much as $100million over his 5 year deal with CurrentTV. I could see Weiner with a gig there, & since he really does'nt have much money, Current could get him at a good price.
