Utah’s senior senator talked to Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren and sounded off on Barack Obama’s complete lack of leadership as president.
In our relentless pursuit of accuracy, we would like to point out that Obama is a leader. He has, for example, led us right to the edge of fiscal insolvency.
Get your facts right, Orrin.

It's for sure that Barry knows how to make full use of Air Force 1. My guess is he'll run down to Florida this weekend for some much needed R&R. Golf, sun, fun, relaxation, daily prayers... Maybe even do a MSDNC interview and accuse the Republicans of being insensitive.
Yeah, he'll be down in South Beach wearing his banana hammock, roller blading with cocktail in hand! Hahahahahaha....would love to see pictures of that! eeewwww
they might as well close camp david odumba never uses it!
Steven Chu, Obama's Secretary of Energy:
He's a smart man. It is a little ironic that Obama's #1 Campaign Donor was University of California ($1,591,395) where Chu happened to be "Professor of Physics and Molecular and cellular biology at UC Berkley".
Chu is inexperienced in his Cabinet position. Is he a visionary? Yes...That does not make him good at forming & applying energy policy. Chu would like to make roofs & roads white in color & he advocates for Nuclear energy.
From his wiki "Chu has speculated that a global "glucose economy", a form of a low-carbon economy, could replace the current system. In the future, special varieties of high-glucose plants would be grown in the tropics, processed, and then the chemical would be shipped around like oil is today to other countries".....these are things that should be researched...but they are very, very far from being proven. BTW, Where's the tropics in the US? Would we not be importing our energy from yet another foreign country?
What happens when a strain Chu's engineered algae blooms uncontrollably in our Oceans? Did you see the 85,000 tons of fish that died in Redondo Beach harbor last month from an algae bloom?
Liberals use to push especially hard for Ethanol and as a result we now subsidize more and more Farmers to grow corn....which now we find out Ethanol produces as much if not more of a carbon footprint than crude oil. Now, environmental groups like "Friends of the Earth" fight against Ethanol.
Chu is like many college professors - Experts in unproven, non-existent theories. IMO, The United States Energy Secretary should be more versed in proven & actual currently available technology....while being open and support the research and development of "future technologies" that may or may not come from researchers theories.
I would give Chu points for the Nobel Prize, but Obama & Gore pretty much diluted the credibility of the award. Chu is clearly a technologically smart man....that skill set has little to do with his unproven ability to skillfully apply energy policy as necessary to be an effective Secretary of Energy.
His wiki cites only one single accolade for his accomplishments as Secretary of Energy, "Under his leadership in 2010 the Department of Energy changed the water usage laws on toilets and showers previously passed by Congress and effectively banned the sale of luxury showers in USA"...seriously that is the only policy cited!
There's also this comment "In March 2011 Chu said that federal regulators should not delay approving construction licenses for planned U.S. nuclear power plants because of Japan's nuclear crisis"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Chu
Now if I get radiated, or uncontrolled algae bloom on me, I will have to find a US blackmarket shower to get clean:-)
Thank you senator for stating the obvious. What's next, we need to secure the borders and reduce taxes.
Another fine example of why there needs to be term limits for everyone that works on capital hill.
Professorship ain't leadership
This says it all...

...it is one of the greatest clips ever filmed.
Danybhoy, I think that professor in the video actually DID have a pointy head, didn't he? Maybe he's the guy that taught Obama economics.
"Greta, communism doesn't work and neither does Obama."
Yet, all we heard during the election was "experience doesn't matter" and "he's an organizer". I guess there IS something to be said for experience.
