Democrats bend over backward to defend the rights of terrorists. At least that’s what the results of a recent Rasmussen poll show.
According to the poll, 39% of voters nationwide believe our legal system worries too much about protecting individual rights. Just 24% think our legal system worries too much about national security. 25% say the balance is about right.
As you might expect, there’s a split along party lines. 54% of Republicans say the legal system worries too much about individual rights. 42% of unaffiliated voters agree.
Naturally, Democrats go the other way. Only 34% of them say the legal system is too concerned about national security.
We say, “Off with their heads.” But the difference between us and the terrorists is that we’re only speaking figuratively.

This number is unbelievable...I thought it should be more like 8% like Bush's approval rating. I think this article on the blog I found summarizes this issue pretty well.

We have the best justice system that money can buy. I'm not even going to begin listing all of the stupefying justice that those with the finacial clout have been able to buy off the rack, but does the name "Wild" Bill Janklow ring any bells?
