Make no mistake about it, John Murtha is very sensitive about being corrupt. Or being caught at being corrupt. Or being questioned about being corrupt. Or doing business with a corrupt company. Or even hearing the word corrupt uttered in his presence.
Kuchera Defense Systems is currently being investigated for fraud. What’s Murtha’s connection? Well, this reporter tries to find out and gets nothing but the brunt of Murtha’s anger.
We would say Murtha is a little thin skinned, but the words “thin” and “John Murtha” should never be used in the same sentence.

Well, Murtha is a bloated pork belly himself.
He is above us thus he is above the common law as well.
Just like they will not make it mandatory that the Congress has to sign up for this crap public healthcare they are ramming down our throats. They are above us so why do they have to be treated like common folk.
One of the great problems with America - an almost desperate problem is that we have a rising, increasingly assertive and extremely powerful aristocracy - people who believe, for, what ever multiple reasons, they are better, smarter, wiser, more astute, than the rest of us - some honestly believe they are spending their wealth wisely for the good of all - but there is a certain arrogance that can be called condescension, in every single one of them. They are our new Lords and Ladies. Nod and bow, tip your hat in passing and don't cross them or you will know their wrath.
Media of all kinds, our Senators & Congress, the moneyed rich - the Hilton heiress(example) owners of corporations, All of Hollywood, the educated specialists of modern academia, 'yuppies' 'progressives' entertainers of all kinds. We have always had an aristocracy - since the very beginning - but, they knew to have a certain respect (or, at least try to or hide they didn't !) for the rest of us.. the masses.
A lot of us talk about them in almost devote, affectionate terms.Many of us are in awe of Obama, Brad Pitt, Oprah. Many are accepting their serfdom & and lower class stasis as a given.
This is a very worrisome and even frightening thing to watch - not this video solely - but ALL the videos of men and women like Murtha. Obama saying "I won" or taking his wife to NYC on the publics dollar. - etc. These people have no patience with us because we are beneath them. They are our masters and mistresses.
If you expecting me to tie this comment up with bow, I am sorry I can't-- I can only say that a new aristocracy - arrogant, self satisfied and extremely powerful is rising - and, I believe, we are in as much trouble as the Roman Republic was in circa 44 BC.

Nor should the name John Murtha and progressive even appear on the same page. Seriously doubt that anyone, least of all himself, has ever made such a laughable claim. Murtha? Progressives are not exactly notorious for their involvement in defence contracting, as far as I know.
They are if there is money to be made in it.
Also, on this side of the pond we like to spell it "defense". No harm intended. Just pointing out the way it is spelled.
