The 72% are the ones that are going to be fully subsidized, at least until,.....it collapses of it's own weight.
The collapse is what they're aiming for- it'll soften us up for single payer. Obamacare is the equivalent of draining a crankcase of its oil then starting the car and flooring the accelerator until it burns a piston.
The Romney campaign was not about trying to win anything- there were far too many bombshells deftly avoided for me to think otherwise.
Romney, Like McCain, like most all the GOPers, refuse to describe Obama and the democrats as the corrupt, inept liars they truely are. For some reason they shy away from this reflexively, as one's fingers pull back from a hot stove. Romney's failure to press the Benghazi advantage after being duped by the CNN hack on the previous debate killed him. Obama was clearly inept and lying, and Romney could have finished him off by pressing this - in a debate where foreign policy was to be debated. But he just ignored this advantageous opening. A democrat would have never given up suhc a gift.
As long as the GOP run such play-nice people for office they will lose. Democrats play to win, always.
I have to agree. At some point he wasn't in it to win it and they couldn't make up their mind how to approach Obama, because get ready... Obama is Black. They didn't want to be seen or perceived as being racist. If Hillary runs and gets the Democratic position (that was essentially stolen from her by Barack), the issue will be the same pretty much. How to run against her without being perceived as a mysoginist? I believe that only Conservatives and Republicans have this issue, whereas Democrats and Liberals have no problem being racist nor women haters (Examples: Alan West and Sarah Palin respectively).
As long as misguided scruples take the places of facts and the truth real conservatives will continue to loose and any possible and viable Republican candidate will not make it. That is why PERHAPS many people like Christie because it seems that regardless of color of skin or gender he has no problem b*tch slapping b*tches...
True- though it seems that a skilled campaign could have been a good deal more aggressive in blowing up the buffet of scandals that was available while remaining civil- goading the Obama camp into doing what it did so well... getting nasty, but Romney didn't even seem interested in defending himself against some rather egregious accusations related to Bain Capital- convoluting some very disconnected circumstances and time lines to suggest that he was personally responsible for the death of someone whose husband had lost coverage when his employer, a holding of Bain Capital closed.
It goes further than simply playing Mr. Nice Guy and involves the refusal to simply illuminate one of the most filthy and underhanded campaigns that American politics has seen. There seemed to be little if any real effort to bridge any information gap among those who would cast ballets. Romney obediently took a dive as far as I'm concerned.

I long theorized that the bubble itself was engineered as well as its collapse... a multi-purpose event where wealth gets "accidentally" transferred to the pockets of the truly influential while a fresh and juicy crisis presents itself for the prom queen progressives to exploit.

Yep- it's easy to believe that this was a GOP directive- which seems to fit in with the pattern of effectively enabling the rampant progressive scourge under the presumed banner of conservatism. This includes participation in the mainstream smear campaign of grass roots conservative movements (possibly) like the TEA party by among other things not calling out the false flag planting of fake protesters bearing blatantly racist and hate charged signage for MSM photo ops.
It does not reflect any true desire to reverse the course on any of this- it adds up to an ongoing campaign of placation- this includes such so-called firebrands like Rand Paul and Ted Cruz.... who to their credit have put on some convincing performances but it is a general absence of any real vetting of not only the agenda like pressing for facts of the ACA BEFORE it was rammed through, but also of some of the characters who have become the face of this nonsense- in particular the President himself.
Until we see widespread movement away from progressives in more local (municipal, state) elections I will not be convinced that any meaningful change is in the offing in Washington. A sure sign that people are actually starting to pay closer attention will be when school boards start getting turned over wholesale and Democrat mayors and town managers sart getting replaced by more conservative minded leadership where the hand isn't always going to be out for a little something-something from states and Uncle Sham.

What worries me are the idiots that would have voted for him anyway, those are probably the people that don't pay income taxes and that get federal and state benefits and know that they would not be affected adversely by Obamacare...
The amount of information this joke of an administration and the compliant boot licking media hid or distorted before the last election is staggering. Sadly this country has already become a socialist state. All we can do now is sit back and wait for the inevitable collapse.

You are correct. They inferred "free", which Urkel gladly didn't repudiate and even implied. They failed to listen to anyone warning of what is currently happening. Instead, they chose to listen to what they wanted to hear. And listened only to the voices crying of hate of the Constitutionalists.
Well, it's only "fair" that we all suffer for the stupidity of the people who never voted before, and did so this time without becoming informed.
