Angels travel at the speed of light or perhaps well beyond and they are "physically" fine. I don't know how, and I have no idea if we have the "materials" to make it happen so we ourselves in our mortal bodies will be "physically" fine and "possible" to travel in that way even within a ship of some kind... let's see.
