Secure Fax machines use Encryption, unless you are the one writing the code, you would never know. They also require IT People, and you would think someone with a government post like Sec. of State would have a bunch of them assigned.

Actually, secure faxes were no different to work than regular ones. They operated on a different line, is all. The difference was totally actually transparent to the user. She's just a incompetent dumbass.
