What laws would these be that allow you to afford everything? Raising the debt ceiling? Allowing for the continuance of the Federal Reserve? Failing to place any restraints on fiat currency? And how is it that you are voting for them? Are you a member of congress? Or just suffering from the false notion that this is a direct democracy?

You have to remember, "Dear Leader" is the only guy who would clean off the collection plate as it came by in church in order to "redistribute" it.
Any person that believes in the welfare state is advocating doing precisely that. Funds taken from people's personal income and spent on social spending directly impact what people donate in two ways -- first, there is less to give, and second, why would anyone give to feed the hungry when Uncle Sugar does that already?
It even goes one further and makes the problems of hunger,, homelessness, and poverty worse, as government programs exist in order to perpetuate themselves -- there is not the same emphasis on getting people "back on their feet". After all, you measure a bureaucracy in terms of people on the payroll and money spent -- not in terms of anything resembling success. A church, with limited funds, has to prioritize, and there is guilt when a person takes advantage of their neighbors that isn't present when the money comes from somewhere far off. Just human nature.
If you want the simple answer as to why America isn't going to church anymore, there it is. Churches that believe in 'social justice' should take heed. But they won't.
I'm convinced this is why the hate campaign is in full swing against the Koch brothers and Waltons: they won't play ball with the Democrats so they must be taken down (the Waltons own Wal-Mart). Almost all other American billionaires are Democrats.

This is the kind of new blood we need running congress. These self egrandizing RINOs we have running it now are too self absorbed in thier 'make me richer "Good Ole Boy"' philosophy to do a damned bit of good for our country anymore. It's a 'It's all about me till I retire and I don't want to upset my fellow RINOs.' The people are sick and tired of this useless baggage we have in congress. Sometimes I wonder if that isn't Ron's plan. There's something odd about his run this time, and I can't quite put my finger on it.
Senator Paul is what we expect from all of those who are elected. Senator McConnell, please take note of how the junior senator from Kentucky acts and says. He is not about getting along or compromise what he stands for.
Seantor Paul already knows the answer to that question. It's obvious that Obama is comfortable with wealthy people, he move easily in their circles. So long as they contribute to his campaign, they have nothing to fear. Obama's class warfare rhetoric is pablum for the Occubots and a means of shaking even more money from the East Coast/Hollywood rich.
That's asking questions in a smart way. You always know the answer before you ask a question in public, or in a courtroom. Obama holds no surprises for anyone that's paying attention.
Ron Paul runs a little hot most of the time, but he's spot on here. Too bad you won't see this on the network news tonight.
