Math teacher’s sells grades for cash: “All students had to do was staple the cash to the test or quiz they wanted Spires to amend, according to the report.” Talk about grading on the scale. We won’t judge – teach is just doing what the Obama Administration and a large fraction of Congress are doing. Gimme $50 for an “A” an call it an “investment.”

One might ask where the kids were getting that kind of money to use as bribes. I certainly never had $50-$200 fee and loose that I didn't have to explain to my parents.
I've heard of 'education inflation' but this is ridiculous!
I wonder how long it would be before he started trading grades for sex. This F-wad is a moron.
The teachers are coming out of the woodwork this week.
What's really sad about this is that it's probably the only real-life-applicable economics lesson the kids will ever get in school.
Great training to be a government contractor. Although you are running a legitimate business, if you want to be considered for a government contract you better be prepared to grease those in charge. It is called "lobbying". It sounds better than "bribing" and the idiots in the world dont know it is the same thing.
This teacher can jump right to a upper management career in the state or federal government.
You are correct sir.
I did not say it was a good lesson, but that it's the only one they'll ever get. Ergo the "sad" part.
Beat Army!
