President Obama went missing for his entire term as a United States Senator and then followed that up by disappearing for nearly a week during the Iran street protests. And the media barely made a peep.

obama was elected to do a job for the voters in Chicago -- he voted "present" when he voted, but most of the time he was awol campaiging. wheter the governor has an affair or not isn't as concerning as his disappearance for four days -- a dumb move but as far as the people of SC are concerned, it's not like he was gone for his whole term like Obama.

I'm an independent and even I have to admit, President Obama wasn't having an affair.
Just when we seem to be gaining the high ground Gingrich, Sanford, Ensign, make life miserable for the rest of us. If our elected Republican officials could just keep their "schwantz's" in their pants...we could gain some ground in this "crazy" world we live in!
