David Stockman: Stocks are a ‘disaster waiting to happen’ First the Fed fueled NASDAQ bubble burst. Then the fed fueled housing bubble burst. Any guess as to what is going to happen to the Fed fueled Wall-street bubble?

What really tics me off is that many people can see this coming and Wall Street is doing nothing to even soften the blow. Once again, the highest paid CEOs, CFOs, and upper management will walk away with more money than anyone. What happened to the claim they would "fix" wall street so this severe a drop would not occur again?
I was able to get our annuities moved out of the markets when they hit over 18,000. I put the wife's in an indexed annuity, which cannot lose value, but has a limited amount it can increase. Mine was invested with a group that had an investment available that is an interest rate investment that was locked in at 6%, so I'm making more money on that than the Fed is paying anyone.
Keeping money in anything now that can possibly lose value, is insane. There is a huge correction coming down the pike, and I believe it will hit when the new president is sworn in, if not before, and the party of the president won't make any difference.
The old rules still apply. Stay diversified and don't panic. Every bust has always recovered. The question is timing of course. The closer I get to retirement the more conservative my investing strategy.
Back when the market first hit 13,000 I moved all our annuities out of the market and into money markets. When the crash happened, I moved back into the market. Left at 13,000+ and got back in at around 8,500.
It worries me to no end. I don't think there will be much in the way of immediate warning. One minute the stock market will be the highest it has ever been, the next it will be at the lowest.
Lead Silver and Gold, the only investments worth anything anymore..
China sure seems to think so.
