• Personally, I believe the vast majority of black Americans are like this fine young man.
  Unfortunately, the very vocal thuggish minority get all the air time as well as the media "credit" for their race.

  • I agree. Those who do the worst behavior are the ones that are getting the most attention. That is too unfortunate.

        • What can I say? My lady likes to take pictures, and we were still new enough in the relationship when this one was taken that I didn't have the heart to tell her no.

          She seems to think I am photogenic, or she likes the way I look (needs to have her eyes checked)

• Why wasn't this story national news at the time? Instead people were taking time blaming guns and blaming the movies and blaming this and blaming that. It is really great story.

• Once again, a young black man has done the right thing, and the media at large doesn't say a thing.
  They don't publicize the deaths perpetrated by blacks on other blacks in major cities, you don't even hear about the hispanics killed in gang and drug violence, and now they won't publicize black men doing good deeds for others.
  Does anyone know what their agenda is, because it's making less and less sense to me.

  • The agenda is to keep stupid people angry by exploiting the negative and not communicating the positive. Angry people are easier to manipulate and use because they are the most willing to do things that are wrong and stupid.

• Another story the Lame Stream media wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole, no money to be made for the DNC.

• This man is a hero. He did what he needed to do and didn't think about his own safety. quagmire needs to sing his praises and make statements like "he would look like my son if I had a son". Yet the race baiters and race dividers wont go anywhere near this story.

  • This is how to honor young black males. Not dressed like a thug nor likely a Choom Gang wannabe. A true hero anyone would admire.

• Now if the MSM would do this perhaps a lot of people would see everyone in a different light and a lot of problems would go away. Of course this will never happen because the MSM is afraid if there's no conflict their sales will drop. I'd have to say if there's one thing the Devil uses to destroy the planet it is the MSM.
