You know, there is a time and place for that type of get up, and the public is not it. She should have been arrested and fined. Sorry people, show some class. I couldn't get the fact that she looks like a tramp whore revealing what she shouldn't in public. Kids don't need to see it, no one wants to see it. If you were raised right, you would find it to be absolutely wrong on all levels.
You're making quite the assumption there, saying that nobody wants to see this. It's a wrong assumption, though.
I agree on a level, but I got to admit that it is funny within the context of the article. Women and girls who expose themselves like this (outside of the beach), I am sure have some serious issues within themselves even if they won't admit it. Overall though it can also be cultural reason, why I asked if this was here or in Brazil because in Brazil this is actually very normal (and you actually do see it mostly and concentrated at the beach as well) whereas here and in other countries it is considered trashy (outside of the beach). I see sand on her feet and she is barefooted so I am ASSUMING that this is a beach area and if that is the case I really cannot fault her for dressing beach "appropriate" so to speak. If this was a mall or something then I agree it would be completely inappropriate. If parents don't want their kids to see this obviously they should not go to a public beach, because at the beach I cannot find this to be inappropriate per se, this is not the 1920's and it is not a muslim country where women actually do bathe at the beach with the whole get up.
Kimmy as I look at the scene this image is taken out of context like you have pointed out. This is a beach scene from a volleyball or surfing event. Those tents are O'Neil sponsored tents. O'Neil is a wet suit / bathing suit manufacturer to the surfing and volleyball sports. So this is a beach based sporting event.
Yeah a woman wearing a swimsuit on the beach is not offensive nor gross. Overall I mean it is the beach lol. If it was the mall or a school or a church or something then yeah totally out of place.
