Now that the Democrats have suddenly turned their backs on everything they believed in so deeply during the Bush administration and endorsed targeted political assassination, that opens up a big issue.
Michael Rubin explains it succinctly in Commentary magazine:
All terrorists deserve death. Perhaps it is time for Americans, Europeans, and their media elite to reexamine their most glaring double standards: If Americans can kill a master terrorist targeting civilians then Israel too should be able to target Hamas leaders in Gaza, Damascus, Oslo, or Dubai, wherever they may be.

In fact, if it were up to us the list would be broadened and include a few non-terrorists.
It would include the guy who did Joe Biden’s hair plugs, Nancy Pelosi’s botoxologist. The guy who’s responsible for Donald Trump’s comb-over. The guys who beat up the Giants’ fan in the Dodger Stadium parking lot. Hamid Karzai’s tailor. Whoever gives Janet Napolitano her testosterone injections. Whoever told Jay Carney he had a personality and should pursue a career in public relations. And finally, the fashion designer who always seems to make Michelle Obama’s ass look like the only thing in the room bigger than her husband’s ego.

Be careful Tard, I said it and got edited! It's too bad the commies can get away with saying anything that comes to their puny little minds and no one gives a rat's ass but you do the same and the thought police will be all over you. I long for the days when we can just kick their f***ing a**es and be done with it! My suggestion would get me banned but we all know who I'm thinking of.
I always thought, maybe too simplistically, that if you took out the top guy in an organization, and #2 steps up, and is taken out, #3 steps up, taken out, at some point nobody will want to lead that organization, and it will fall apart. Am I being too naive?
No, and I believe that Mossad did it with the Munich Olympics killers, and it scared the terrorist leaders so sh*tless that they changed their entire way of handling terror. In effect, rather than the monsters terrorizing innocent people, the monsters themselves were in terror, and how they hated that. They mostly squealed like little girls from what I recall. Apparently phrase "you can run, but you can't hide" in tandem with the knowledge that they would personally be killed, rather than some idiot kid they'd whipped into a homicidal frenzy were effective deterrents for the cowards.
However, the world made the Israelis put a stop to it, which I thought was about the worst thing they could have done, and proved the antisemitism in the world at large. After all, what's the difference between Mossad's doing it and the US?
The upside is, yes, you *will* get AMAZING results -- the downside is that they will change their tactics, and try to have the international community punish you for it. Be prepared for that.
If certain people and immediate people that could replace them were gone perhaps we may have a chance to finally have the upper hand, but it is difficult.
The Obama administration already can, and has, put U.S. citizens on hit lists to be assassinated without Due Process. If anyone thinks I'm kidding, look it up. Ron Paul even did a speech about it in front of Congress.
It is so disgusting. I cannot believe the media is not all over it. The only one that I know talking about it as much as possible is Glenn Beck.
Let's make sure we "take care" of Sean Penn and Rosie O.
