Transgendered “woman” lies like a rug at New Jersey senate hearing. Gay activists in New Jersey are trying to ban gay conversion therapy like they did in California, so “Brielle Goldani” testified about how “she” was tortured as a child at a gay conversion camp in Ohio. “They electrocuted me like a dog,” was one assertion. Senators were aghast until someone told them the camp Brielle named doesn’t actually exist… except in a 1999 movie starring drag queen Ru Paul.

  • Another liberal looser lying for the cause. He/She/It should be in a small room with rubber walls at a "resort" somewhere. It's amazing the "balls" of some people to sit there and lie to politicians...wait, politicians sit there and lie to us all the time, okay they deserve each other, group hug, group hug.....

  • These senators wanted so bad to believe this person they got punked and made fools of. Dumb asses, they did not even know who they had invited to speak.

  • Seeing the pic of this goofy broad reminded me of a story about $1.5 million going to some Harvard thinktank to "study" why so many lesbian women are overweight or obese. Maybe they should have spent some of the wasted money on a study into why people like this one are so damn dumb.

      I believe it is that the ugly and obese women, turn to lesbianism because no man would have them.

          • True. We have a tendnecy to look for more permanent features such as personality and ability to provide (hey, for hundreds of years that's how it worked. She nested, he provided) It is why I think it it rediculous for women to try and act "equally" to men by going to strip bars (like chip & dale, etc) We are certainly attracted to an attractive man, but not in the same way men are to women.

          • My lady has no interest at all in going to Chippendale's type shows. But she DOES like going to strip bars with me. As long as they're not behind glass.

    • I think you will be disappointed. Liberals have picked up a new trick: they testify in legislative hearings without being sworn - that's what Hillary did when she testified about Benghazi. Consequently, Hillary is immune from perjury charges. Don't ask me why the legislators allow it.

      • Favors, baby. Favors! They all know that with a stroke of bad luck, any one of them could be sitting in the hot seat someday, with the "little people" (constituents) breathing down the neck of their reps to do something. So they have to go through the motions. It's a choreographed dance.

        This is why they hate Issa so much though, as well as a few assorted TEA partiers and conservatives, because they won't play by those rules. Those moral goody-two-shoes have their own set of rules.

They can lie by slightly adjusting the placement of a single word (depends on what the meaning of is, is....) and so forth. They see laws as a dance or a game, and winning is everything. No matter who or what they destroy in the process.

        And these people, these lawyers, attract people like themselves. They attract parasites who will suck off of the system, looking for a quick buck from a lawsuit, or who will lie bald-faced to congress. And the lawyers know that they personally can twist and roll away from any backlash, by manipulating the laws that THEY have created. It's a dirty, sick system.

        • Having practiced trial law for 20 years, I will agree with everything you just said K. That's why I changed professions.

          • That is what I was taught as a child, too. We were subtly rewarded when we creatively implied that we didn't break rules, even though we were lying. For instance --

            Dad: Mrs. Jones says she saw you kids up at the 7-11 today. Did you ride your bikes up there?
            My big brother: No Dad. I didn't ride my bike up there.
            Me: No way Dad - we know we are not allowed to ride our bikes up there. I didn't - I swear.

            Truth: My brother swapped bikes with his best friend, and I swapped bikes with mine. Then we informed our friends what to say if THEY were questioned, AND convinced them why it was not LYING, so long as they said it exactly like that. We did ride bikes up to 7-11, but we didn't ride OUR bikes. Therefore, it was not a lie. Exactly.

            So, on the few occasions we were actually caught doing it, my parents would laugh their butts off at our creativity, and maybe ground us for a day - instead of the week it deserved.

            Anyway, I still have a tendency to want to do that, though I have mostly trained myself out of it. But one thing I can say - I sure can see through OTHER people's vocabulary shenanigans now!

          • Jeez, the way you mishandled the truth it's a wonder you didn't grow up to be a Democrat.

            I was the youngest - a late accident. So I watched my teenage brothers and sister try their best to fool Mom & Dad and decided it wasn't worth the effort. Dad was in the war, frontlines, and he could hear a mouse in the next county. When it was my turn to be a teenager, if I came home after curfew and they asked me in the morning what time I came home I told them... with a grin and a comment like, "Hey, I was only an hour late. It could have been worse. Do you realize how lucky you are to have a son like me?"

    • Its driving ME insane and I am Episcopalian! Know that though she was elected as Presiding Bishop, it was done without the backing of the larger Anglican Communion as a whole. And not every Anglican is so open minded their brains fall out.

      • Reverened is a title for a Priest in the Episcopak Church of America. A Bishop (who supervises several Priests) is called Rght Reverend (English tern, don't ask me!) We have no Archbishop, so She is the Hghest Prelate in America and so she is considered More Reverened than the Average Priest. We belive God makes the Bishops, after the people are led by the holy spirit to elect them.

        • Out of context, is Is funny. Reverend is a description. One is not called Reverend like a name, though it is misused a lot. And we don't use terms like your grace, your holiness, etc.

        • Makes sense. When you rise high enough in the church to be a primate, that means no more monkey business.

        • Psalms 111:9 KJV, the only instance of reverend is here. and it applies to YWHW, not human types.

      • I don't know about the Most Rev., but the fat guy in the labor union should be referred to as The Most Labor Leader

      The reason Paul was thrown in prison is described in Acts 16, Paul cures a slave girl of a demon that had given the girl the ability to fortune-tell and made money for her masters. Upon doing so, the girl's masters proceeded to drag Paul and his companion Silas before the authorities, who proceeded to throw them into prison. Greed and greed only got Paul thrown in prison.

      • Yes. They didn't care about the girl. They probably didn't even recognize what she had. This wasn't about religion even. It was about money. She should be mad at the "owners" of a girl who were using her. Her being mad at Paul makes no sense.

    • WTH is she talking about? If this was a good spirit Paul would have no reason to take it out and I suppose not the power even to attempt to take it out of the girl. Is this woman insane? Seriously the Episcopal Church embracing gays and all kinds of weird ass stuff is really making for insane people. This woman looks lesbiany to me as well. I didn't read the entire article but that is the vibe that I got. She was putting Paul in his place...? What place? What is she talking about? Did she even READ that?     • That was a demonic sermon, plain and simple. The "bishop" elevated a possession by a spirit of satan to eguality with the Holy Spirit. She should not be preaching period, let alone in a position of power within the church.

  • So, in these people's minds, a person can be born male but then be transformed into a female... but a person can't be born gay and be transformed into straight? In fact, the first case should be paid for by the taxpayers; the second case should be illegal?

    • Excellent point. It is celebrated when Anne Heche became a lesbian. She was hated when she "Heched" Ellen and decided lesbianism was not for her. What is up with that? Same thing with the woman that left whats her name come to my window singer who took up with a woman what 15-20 years younger than herself? Gross...

Anne's brother was said to have committed suicide by running a car into a tree. Another sister also died. So the father and three of the five children died at early ages and Heche seemed to have a breakdown at one point. Like many lesbians, Anne Heche's lesbianism was about not wanting to be with men after suffering trauma from one. Ellen DeGeneres was molested by her stepfather. Rosie O'Donnell was molested but she won't say by whom. CO2 mentions Chaz Bono at the bottom. Her relationship with her mother Cher was poor. Her relationship with her father Sonny was good. Is this why she wanted to be a man and not a woman?

        Conversion therapy that wants gay males to watch porn and be around prostitutes to change their orientation is bad and won't work. But the conversion therapy during which a compassionate therapist goes over hurts like poor bonding with a parent or sexual abuse can be very helpful. Liberals are gonna try to shut this type of therapy down in state after state after lest it become widely known that same-sex attraction isn't biological but has to do with unresolved conflicts, hurts and wounds. Remember when liberals used to say keep the state out of the relationship between patient and doctor? They didn't mean it. They only meant it for abortion. Now with Obamacare and legislation against conversion therapy, they're up into intimate, private business.

        • I heard about her issues and I got to say obviously she had to find a way to heal, but obviously she had a right to decide that lesbianism wasn't for her and the fact that people were so hating on her and acting as if she was betraying people it was over the top. I wonder what is Portia di Rossi's issues. It is very sad.

          • It's hard to know about Portia di Rossi. She says that she has had a life of turmoil. Her father died when she was nine. She was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and bulimia. She was misdiagnosed with lupus.

          • I don't see how being a lesbian is suppose to take care of all of these issues these women went through. My past issues were perhaps not as intense, but certainly I never saw lesbianism as an answer. It is odd to me.
